On 10 September 2008 the Arts, Culture and Recreation Committee resolved to seek public feedback on the proposed lease of part of the Auckland Domain to Tennis Auckland Region Inc and the subsequent sublease of a portion of the site by Tennis Auckland Region Inc to Next Generation Clubs of Australia for the purpose of building and operating a lifestyle recreation facility.

Written submissions or objections from persons claiming to be affected by the proposed arrangements should be sent to the following address before 5pm on Friday, 10 October:

Any person making a written objection or submission should also state whether they wish to be heard in person.
