supporting" with specific provisions to protect these buildings.
Variation 123A
clarified the provisions of the centre plan that was notified in

The plan change has been amended as a consequence of a
consent order issued by the Environment Court on 20 June 2008.

Structure Plan for the town centre that allows for areas of retail, business and
mixed-use growth. It also includes Panmure view protection to protect views to
Mt Wellington and Panmure Basin.
