Road closures

Customs Street West (between Queen and Albert streets), central city, between 7am and 9am on Sunday, 7 December to allow materials to be lifted safely to the roof of a nearby building. (Rain date: Sunday, 14 December.)

The following road closures apply to all except authorised and emergency vehicles.

Ocean View Road (from Korora Road to Puriri Street), Puriri Street, Matai Road, and Tui Street, Oneroa, between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on Saturday, and Waikare Road, Oneroa, between 1pm and 5pm on 13 December for the Waiheke Santa Parade. (Rain date: Sunday, 14 December.)

Mahuhu Crescent and Te Taou Crescent, central city, between 6pm and 11pm on the following dates for the listed events at Vector Arena:

• Monday, 1 December for the Kanye West concert
• Thursday, 11 December for a private function
• Sunday, 14 and Tuesday, 16 December for the Billy Joel concerts.

Tangihua Street, central city, will also be closed for about 20 minutes at the end of these events to help with crowd dispersal.

Puhi Huia Road (the Maungawhau-Mt Eden summit road), Mt Eden, between 7am and 4pm on Sunday, 7 December for Love Your Mountain Day.

Tamaki Drive (between Ngapipi Road and Long Drive), Auckland Domain, between 6am and 10am on Sunday, 14 December for the first of the Panasonic People's Triathlon Series.

Cawley Street, Main Highway, Ladies Mile (from Main Highway to the Robert Street car park) and Robert Street (from Main Highway to the Robert Street car park), Ellerslie, between 10.30am and 2.30pm on Sunday, 7 December for the Ellerslie Santa Parade.
