Shortland Street (between Jean Batten Place and Queen
Street), central city, between 6am and 6pm on Saturday, 31 January and Sunday, 1
February to allow the safe dismantling and removal of a nearby tower crane.
(Rain dates: Saturday, 7 and Sunday, 8 February.) Emergency vehicles will be
given access at all times.

The boat ramp at the Landing, Tamaki Drive, Orakei, between
8.45am and 10am on Friday, 6 January for activities associated with the Waitangi
Day Festival.
Hamer Street, Brigham Street and Jellicoe Street (between
Beaumont and Daldy streets), central city, on Thursday 12 February 2009 from
5.30pm to 7.45pm for the Cyco Cycle Criterium Series.
Princes Street (from Wellesley Street East to Bowen
Avenue), central city, between 4.30am on Friday, 6 February and noon on Monday,
9 February for the Auckland Lantern Festival.
Cross Street, Newton, between 7am and 10pm on Saturday, 14
February for the Cross Street Carnival. (Rain date: Saturday, 21 February.)
Mahuhu Crescent and Te Taou Crescent, central city, between
6pm and 11pm on Tuesday, 17 February for the Nine Inch Nails concert at Vector
Arena. Tangihua Street (between Beach Road and Quay Street) will also be closed
for about 20 minutes at the end of the concert to help with
crowd dispersal.
