Road closures

Hamer Street, Brigham Street and Jellicoe Street (between
Beaumont and Daldy streets), central city, between 5.30pm and 7.45pm on
Thursday, 12 March for the Cyco Cycle Criterium Series.
Great North Road (between Motions Road and St Lukes Road),
Western Springs, between 5am and 9.30am on Saturday, 14 March, and Bullock
Track, Western Springs, between 9am and 6pm on the same day for the Pasifika
Festival. Access for residents of the Bullock Track will be maintained from Old
Mill Road only.
Jean Batten Place (between Shortland and Fort streets),
central city, between 6.30am on Saturday, 7 March and 10.30pm on Sunday, 8
March, and again at the same times on Saturday, 14 March and Sunday, 15 March to
allow power cables to be connected to the new BNZ building. (Rain dates:
Saturday,
21 and Sunday, 22 March.) Barricades, detours and marshals will be onsite to
direct traffic and pedestrians safely around the work zone.

Queen Street (between Quay Street and Customs Street East),
central city, between 11.55pm on Friday, 6 March and 9.30pm on Sunday, 8 March
to allow a tower crane to be safely removed from a nearby site. (Rain dates:
Friday, 20 to Sunday, 22 March.) Barricades, detours and marshals will be onsite
to direct pedestrians and traffic safely around the work zone.

The intersection of Park Avenue and Queen Street, central
city, between 7pm on Monday, 2 March and 6am on Tuesday, 3 March to allow
resurfacing work to take place. (Rain dates: The next available nights between
Tuesday, 3 and Friday, 20 March.) A traffic management plan will be in place,
including detours, and staff will be onsite to assist.

Sylvia Park Road (between Great South Road and Mt
Wellington Highway), Mt Wellington, between 7am on Saturday, 7 March and 6am on
Monday, 9 March and again between 7pm and 6am on one night between Monday, 9 and
Thursday, 12 March to allow the rehabilitation and resurfacing of this section
of the road. (Rain dates: Between Saturday, 14 and Thursday, 19 March.) A
traffic management plan will be in place, including detours, and staff will be
onsite to assist traffic. Access will be maintained for businesses from Mt
Wellington Highway.
