Road closures

High Street (between Freyberg Place and Durham Lane),
central city, between 7.30am and noon on Sunday, 22 March to allow
air-conditioning units to be lifted into place at a nearby site. This closure
applies to traffic, and a detour will be in place. The footpaths will remain
open to pedestrians, also allowing access to the shops.

Lower Hobson Street (between Quay Street and Customs Street
West), central city, between 9pm and 6am on Monday, 16 March to allow
maintenance work in the area. (Rain date: Monday, 23 March.) Barricades, detours
and marshals will direct pedestrians and traffic safely around the work zone.

The Parade (between Tamaki Drive and Goldie Street) and
Tamaki Drive (between Marau Crescent and Goldie streets), St Heliers, between
6am and 1pm on Sunday, 29 March for the Weetbix Kiwi Kids Tryathlon.
Wyndham Street (between Hobson and Nelson streets), central
city, between 7pm on Monday, 16 March and 6am on Wednesday, 18 March for the
Muddy Farmer St Patrick's Day Festival.
Mahuhu Crescent and Te Taou Crescent, central city, between
6pm and 11pm on Thursday, 2 April for The Killers' concert at Vector Arena. Tangihua Street (between Beach Road and Quay Street),
central city, will also be
closed for about 20 minutes at the end of the concert to help with crowd
dispersal.
