Proposed road closures

Vernon Street (at the intersection with Drake Street),
central city, between 6am
and 7pm on Saturday, 11 and Sunday, 12
April to allow the safe lifting of goods to the roof of a nearby building. (Rain
dates: Saturday, 18 and Sunday, 19 April.) Barricades, detours are marshals will
direct pedestrians and traffic safely around the
work zone. Residents and emergency vehicles will be given access.

Belgium Street, Ostend, between 10.40am and 11.45am on
Saturday, 25 April 2009 for the Waiheke Anzac Day parade and service. This
closure applies to all except authorised and emergency vehicles.

The intersection of Blockhouse Bay Road with New North
Road, Crayford Street and St Jude Street, Avondale, between 7pm on Thursday, 9
April and 7am on Tuesday, 14 April to allow road rehabilitation work in the
area. Detours will be signposted and crucial areas will be staffed during the
works.

connections to be established at a nearby building. Barricades, detours and
marshals will direct pedestrians and traffic safely around the closure.
