Proposed plan modification 232 - plan change

509-511 Sandringham Road, Sandringham

At its meeting on Thursday, 26 March the council resolved to adopt plan modification 232 to the isthmus district plan following the completion of the statutory processes.

Proposed plan modification 232 is a plan change that changes the zoning of 509-511 Sandringham Road from Residential 6A to Business 2.
