Proposed road closures

The southbound lane of Vincent Street (between Mayoral Drive and Pitt Street), central city, between 7am and 6pm on Saturday, 8 and Sunday, 9 August to allow the safe removal of a tower crane. (Rain dates: Saturday, 15 and Sunday, 16 August.) Barricades, detours and signage will guide pedestrians and traffic safely around the work zone.

York Street (between Parnell Road and Bath Street), Parnell, between 7am and noon on Saturday, 8 August to allow air conditioning units to be lifted safely to a nearby building. Barricades, detours and signage will guide pedestrians and traffic safely around the work zone.

Park Avenue (between Park and Carlton Gore roads), Grafton, between 7am on Monday, 3 August and 7pm on Saturday, 8 August as part of work on the Central Connector. (Rain dates: work continues until Sunday, 16 August.) Motorists are advised to follow the sign posted detours. Resident access will be maintained.

Cross Street (at the intersection with Upper Queen Street), central city, between 9am and 4pm on Monday, 3 August to allow the safe lifting of a statue to a nearby site. (Rain dates: Tuesday, 4 and Wednesday, 5 August.) Barricades, detours and marshals will direct pedestrians and traffic safely around the work zones. Residents and business vehicles will still be given access.
