Plan modification 37: variation to plan change 4 - Wynyard
Quarter
The summary of decisions requested by submitters and copies
of the submissions in respect of
plan modification 37 are now available for
public inspection. This variation was first advertised in City Scene on 23
August 2009.
The variation is limited to mapping changes and introduces
an appropriate zoning for land associated with the narrowing of Jellicoe Street
to a width commensurate with the width of other roads throughout Wynyard
Quarter.

business hours at:

Avenue, central city
- the reference section of the Central City Library, 44-46
Lorne Street, central city
- Leys Institute Community Library, 20 St Marys Bay Road,
Ponsonby.
Making a further submission
Anybody can make a further submission on a plan modification. Further
submission forms can be
printed or are available from the places listed
above and at all community libraries.
