Public notice of waivers and directions issued by the Environment Court concerning appeals on the proposed Hauraki Gulf islands section of Auckland City District Plan (2006)

Auckland City Council, under direction from the Environment Court in the course of case-management of appeals on the above proposed plan, has issued this public notice.

The court has ordered certain waivers and issued directions to appellants, parties, and prospective parties in the appeals.

Persons interested in participating in any of the appeals, and entitled to do so, are referred to a full public notice on the topic published in the public notices column of the New Zealand Herald on 13 November 2009. There you will find a full description of the waivers and directions, together with an explanation and advisory material.

The full public notice may also be found online along with a copy of a minute containing the waivers and directions from the court, and other related materials.

Guidance is also provided concerning assistance that can be obtained at council offices.
