Bookings

Booking and cancellation policy

  • payment confirms booking
  • full payment is required at time of booking - no deposits taken
  • Artstation reserves the right to cancel any course that does not reach a viable number - fees will be refunded in full

Withdrawals

  • three working days prior to commencement of class is required for a refund to be given
  • withdrawals will incur a $20 administration fee
  • no refunds given after commencement of class
  • fees can not be transferred to future bookings.

Discounts

  • Early Bird Special (EBS) applies up until 5pm of the date specified each term
  • 25 per cent discount for Community Services Cardholders applies to adult weekly and weekend workshops only, on presentation of ID card
  • discounts do not apply to children's, year-long or summer school classes.

Bookings can be made by mail, fax, in person, email or phone - see General information for contact details.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or eftpos.

All fees include GST.
