Bookings can be made by mail, fax, in person, email or phone - see Location and opening hours for contact details.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or eftpos.

All fees include GST.

full payment is required at time of booking - no deposits taken
Artstation reserves the right to cancel any course that does not reach a viable number - fees will be refunded in full

three working days prior to commencement of class is required for a refund to be given
withdrawals will incur a $20 administration fee
no refunds given after commencement of class
fees can not be transferred to future bookings.

Early Bird Special (EBS) applies up until 5pm of the date specified each term
25 per cent discount for Community Services Cardholders applies to adult weekly and weekend workshops only, on presentation of ID card
discounts do not apply to children's, year-long or summer school classes.
