Celebration of Performing Arts

Auckland City and The Edge will not be running their annual COPA (Celebration of Performing Arts) event in 2004.

Auckland City is currently in the process of reviewing the event and looking at its future in the context of our overall programme of events for 2004/05. The review will also consider how we can best use and promote local performing arts venues and talent. 

COPA has been a free event run over Queen’s Birthday weekend for the last 14 years in various formats. 

Auckland City would like to thank all the performers, sponsors and attendees who have been so supportive of the event in past years. 

We will endeavour to keep you informed of our future programme of events.
