Kids Bike Ride

Bring your bike, helmet and a picnic!

This is a fun evening for kids, promoting cycle safety during National Bike Wise Week.

There will be live music, obstacle courses, free bike and helmet checks and special bike activities with great prizes to be won.

Children under five will be guided through a special obstacle course with the magic and fun of Fairy Clare.

Other supervised rides include around the lake with Jiggles the Clown (for 6 to 9 year olds) and along the North Western Cycleway (with adult and police supervision, for 10 to 14 year olds).

Children on the road ride must have their bikes and helmets checked and have a consent form signed by a parent/guardian. This is a free community event and is suitable for children aged up to 14 years old.
