Parking for the public is available at Western Springs College and Unitec.
Catch the train
Catch the train to Britomart and catch a connecting bus service to Great North Road.
Catch the bus
Stagecoach Auckland will be running special bus services to Pasifika Festival on Saturday, 14 March, as well as its usual scheduled services that travel past Western Springs Park.
You can also catch a Stagecoach bus from Newmarket.
Pasifika Festival services
Shuttle buses from Newmarket to connect with scheduled services from the south or south east.
Buses will run direct from Newmarket to Pasifika Festival, departing every 15 minutes from 9.30am to 1.30pm from the 277 Broadway stop, returning every 15 minutes from 1.15pm to 5.30pm.
FARE: $3 per passenger. No passes or return tickets will be sold or accepted.
ROUTE: From outside 277 then via Khyber Pass Road - Newton Road - NW Motorway to Waterview - Great North Road to Western Springs.
FROM NORTH, EAST OR CENTRAL CITY
Bus: Take route 045 from downtown Auckland to Pasifika Festival (Downtown - Queen Street - Great North Road - Pt Chevalier). Ask for the Western Springs stop. The same bus runs in the opposite direction back to downtown.
FROM THE WEST
Bus: Catch any of the usual scheduled services travelling along Great North Road. Ask for the Western Springs stop.
