Research and evaluation
Research and evaluation
In order to provide sponsors with detailed reporting, the following is
undertaken:
Regular updates
The sponsorship manager and sponsorship liaison officer meet regularly with
sponsors to keep them informed of the event, align marketing strategies and
ensure sponsorship objectives and needs are met (eg, media coverage, marketing
and signage, acknowledgements, media releases, onsite requirements, functions,
etc.).
Media monitoring
All media coverage will be monitored and a media report provided after the
event.
Surveys
Surveys are undertaken at most of our events to gauge audience feedback. The
surveys will be evaluated and the results included in a post-event report
provided for sponsors.
Sponsors may include a question in the survey.
