Car parking and changing facilities complete with showers are available for your use at Auckland Domain Grandstand and
Victoria Park Grandstand.
Push Play means 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity per day, which can be carried out all at once or in several
shorter sessions. Physical activity is good for everyone and it's never too late to start. Any activity is better than none and
30 minutes a day is perfect.
