Environmental care code | Getting there and home again

Environmental care code:

• remove rubbish
• keep to the track on volcanic cones.
• dogs are not allowed on Tahuna Torea Reserve and the associated beach and foreshore, from the public walkway between 24 and 26 Vista Crescent to its boundary on West Tamaki and Tahaki roads
• there are restrictions on the times dogs can enter parks and reserves on the walkway - between 8am and 7pm in the summer months and between 8am and 5pm in winter
• on walkway paths, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Click here or contact us for more information about dogs.
• protect plants, animals and the built and natural heritage.
